CBD commenced work on another exciting project in the One Park Place Building in downtown Syracuse. This 37,000 square foot multi floored build-out is for local insurance company, Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Inc. CBD Companies is partnering with the building owners, Dalpos Architects and King & King to completely renovate the new tenant space. This project will feature work stations and desks that can be raised electronically to stand-up height, lots of natural light, an employee cafeteria and lounge, training areas, conference rooms and informal “team-building” areas. Other interesting features include an energy efficient lighting package with daylight harvesting, switchglass panels that transform from transparent to opaque with the flip of a switch. We are very excited to tackle the challenge of building this beautifully designed office space for Haylor, Freyer, & Coon.
