Carpenter(s)
CBD Construction is looking for a lead carpenter, carpenters and carpenter helpers to join our team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals looking for long term growth and success. Excellent communication, customer service, and willingness to work in a team environment are all skills that are critical to this position.
CBD Construction projects are located primarily in Central New York. Carpenters work closely with various project managers and superintendents. Work hours are typically Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, for a 40-hour workweek. Overtime is a possibility at times during our busier seasons.
Qualifications
5 years of relevant skilled trade experience within our industry. We are willing to train and mentor motivated individuals if they lack certain skills or years of experience.
Desired skills include experience in Wood/Light Gauge Metal Framing, Drywall, Drywall Finishing, Acoustical Ceilings, Casework Installations, Setting/Hanging HM Door Frames, Doors and Hardware.
