In this role, Michael will lead CBD Brokerage’s efforts to serve business owners seeking to lease or purchase property in the City of Syracuse. Michael will have a particular focus on the growing downtown Syracuse real estate market.
For the last three years, Michael has served as a commercial leasing agent at CBD, representing both tenants and landlords throughout Central New York. During this time, Michael has assisted dozens of clients, including WCNY, Greater Syracuse Business Development Corporation, and the Center for Court Innovation.
Michael’s deep ties to Syracuse make him uniquely qualified to assist clients within the city. In addition to his work at CBD, Michael serves as President Pro Tempore of the Syracuse Common Council and as a board member of the Syracuse Economic Development Corporation. Michael’s passion for and knowledge of the city allow him to provide unmatched representation for CBD clients.
